The team provided constant happy smiles. They provided great service. Baw looked after us around the pool. He. The resort has its own section of the beach with complimentary sunbeds.
The gym was available but lacked necessary equipment. The addition of a barbell could enhance the experience.

The Boat Suite I booked was great location near the pool. It was also close to the beach, a great advantage. The suite was spacious, and it had all amenities needed for my stay. The staff ensured the rooms were clean, and it did. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

The room offered direct access to the pool. This feature ensured a lot of privacy because of the design and landscaping. Lounging was very enjoyable. The club access included wine, cocktails, and light finger food.
I found the beach very narrow. The sunbeds were close together. The beach was not clean. The beach shower drain had dirty water around it.

i loved the duplex boat suite. it was very spacious and well laid out. i especially enjoyed the deck with direct access to the pool. the beach was lovely, always with enough sunbeds and bean bags available. the tropical setting created a comfortable pool area.
The service had some issues. some staff seemed indifferent, depending on who i interacted with. maintenance problems occurred in my room. It's not expected in a hotel of this standard.

the resort is situated near plenty of fantastic restaurants, with dining options within walking distance. the lagoon style pool winds through the resort, connecting all areas seamlessly. beach access is also great!
